I note that once week Hermes Courier Support post nice comments made by customers about their Hermes delivery person/experience.

Rather than a blanket thing on COL why don't Hermes pass all comments,good or bad, on to the FM so that they can speak to the couriers on a one to one basis?
Thus making the opportunity for the FM's to interact better with couriers.

Not enough hours in the day for FM's to interact with couriers.

You do realise that the pubs are now open from 11am to 11pm.

Don't see mine very often, word is another holiday due, so deffo won't be at sub.

Wouldn’t that be nice.
I have never been told by any FM that I’m doing a good job.
It may lead to couriers asking for more pay per parcel.
I wish the Self Employed umbrella stopped sh*t falling on my head
