Escher reimagines its Riposte platform

Escher has launched the latest version of its Riposte platform – the customer engagement platform for Postal Operators.

Postal Operators can now take advantage of new standard configurable applications to support fast deployment of products and services, at any point of service or channel.

Also today, Escher has announced the integration of QuestionPro X(t) Platform into Riposte. QuestionPro is a provider of online survey software that allows users to generate the insights they need to make better business decisions.

“We are taking our clients on a customer satisfaction journey and we couldn’t have a better partner in QuestionPro. Our customers are looking to us for a solution to continuously improve their customer service,” commented Nick Manolis, CEO Escher Group. “With over 3.5 million users across 100 countries, and almost 6 billion questions answered, QuestionPro X(t) Platform is a leading provider of survey platform which is being used in some of the most customer centric organisations in the world.”

Riposte’s open architecture ensures Posts are not locked into specific components, services, technical architecture or hardware. The solution easily integrates with existing applications and systems and can quickly expand to enable Posts to pivot and adapt to new services, markets, business models and technologies. Riposte offers unparalleled flexibility, enabling the addition, removal or replacement of components to support evolving needs.

“For the last 20 years, we have been made substantial investments in the Riposte platform in order to meet the needs of our clients and the industry,” commented Nick Manolis. “Our latest release is built on our world-class messaging framework, providing a modular architecture and consolidated data centre infrastructure. Enabling out of the box implementation, with a series of Post-specific applications, this solution will deliver business value faster and decrease the cost of implementation for Posts around the world.”
