Mediapost, the subsidiary of La Poste which specialises in the targeted distribution of unaddressed mail/door-drop, has invested in a 4,420m2 distribution centre in the south east of France.
The aim of the centre is to consolidate its two functions (distribution and automation) into one location.
Mediapost employs Duplo Esper Direct Marketing Collators which each achieve a productivity of 2,800 sets of documents per hour. With six new generation collating machines and 120 employees, this site processes between five and eight million printed advertising mail leaflets per week.
