TOP DIRECTORS TO VIE FOR PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS

The most dynamic heads of the region’s businesses can now be revealed as they compete for top honours at the Yorkshire Business Leaders Awards 2017.

Forty two individuals will vie for eight awards at the dinner at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on 18 May 2017, an increase on last year’s inaugural event.

Entrants range from chief executives, managing directors and finance directors representing a variety of industry sectors across Yorkshire and the Humber. The awards include all sizes of companies from early-stage businesses to plcs, not-for-profits to private equity backed companies.

The host this is year is the popular TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith and the pre-dinner speaker is leadership author and training company owner Graham Wilson.

Last year’s winners included R&R Ice Cream chief executive Ibrahim Najafi, Tracsis chief executive John McArthur, Graham Royle, chairman of GRI Group and Carole Woodhead, chief executive at Hermes Parcelnet.
