Hi all . I cover transport at BBC London News and I’m trying to find a courier or former courier who might be willing to talk to us about what the job is like.

I am trying to shed some light on the delivery industry and the challenges you guys face ..it’d take half an hour and am looking for someone who works in London and the South East.
